Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- Your request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order
- The item must be returned in its original or near-original condition
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
How to Request a Return
Email us at leanlifepromotion@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or variant, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
