How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Yes. Trennick ships to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 10–20 business days. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at leanlifepromotion@gmail.com within 60 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition.


My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

First, check your tracking number sent via email at dispatch. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at leanlifepromotion@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
