3️⃣ Secure the Compression Strap
Wrap firmly around your ankle and press the hook-and-loop fastener down for a locked-in hold.

4️⃣ Dial In Your Comfort
Adjust the tightness until the brace feels stable and supportive — without restricting your movement.
